As a Restaurant Manager at Legend Lanzhou Beef Noodles, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that customers experience the highest quality of food and service. Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and effective service.
Lead and train staff to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock to ensure restaurant readiness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified manner.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively.
Collaborate with the head chef to innovate and update menu offerings, particularly focusing on traditional Chinese hand-pulled noodles.




Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and enhance customer engagement.

About you
A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Chinese cuisine restaurant or similar setting.
Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of traditional Chinese noodle cuisine, especially hand-pulled noodles, and an understanding of Chinese food culture is a plus.
