Xpress Freight Management is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our operations, based in any state across Australia. You will be the primary inbound call taker for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, and respond to queries by email.
You will liaise with National operations and commercial teams, log and maintain service tickets, and ensure the highest levels of service. Drug and Alcohol testing and Police Check are required; we value diversity and growth.
