Juniper is seeking a Remuneration and Perks Specialist to join the People & Culture team on a permanent part time basis (0.6 FTE), reporting to the Director People & Culture. You will lead remuneration frameworks, ensuring equity, competitiveness and compliance while partnering with leaders across the organisation.

You will oversee salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay equity analyses and employee perks programs, including Juniperks, contributing to the organisation's workforce
