GV Health is seeking a Grade 3 Senior Social Worker to join the Chronic Pain Clinic on a part time basis (0.6 EFT) until November 2027. The role involves clinical assessment, development of individualised care plans and delivery of group programs, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The successful applicant will have experience in complex chronic pain care, robust assessment and planning skills, and an ability to lead service development within a primary care–hospital interface.
