Lennox Street Local is a current neighbourhood café in Richmond from the team behind Butter Days Bakery. We're looking for experienced senior FOH people, skilled baristas and casual café all-rounders to join us from the beginning. We'll be serving Allpress coffee, Butter Days pastries, toasties, jaffles and a straightforward food offering.

Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café
Lead service and help make Lennox your own
Be confident with customers and work in a small team
Take responsibility for service and general café duties
Make outstanding coffee with pride and consistency

About you
Solid hospitality experience
Confident with customers and work well in a team
Reliable and take initiative
Care about what you do




Solid coffee experience and know your way around an espresso machine
Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enjoyment of hospitality
Keen to learn and become part of the team
Restaurant experience is a plus

There's room to bring ideas, have a voice and grow with us.
