Kingsmede is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Handyman to keep our Queensland assets protected, presentable and compliant. You will be in office, performing general repairs and minor works, and flagging issues early to prevent costly problems.

Join a small, reliable team that values ownership and getting things done right first time. You will manage across multiple sites, with a focus on safety, efficiency and transparent communication with tenants and contractors.
