Monash Health is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Head of Paediatric Intensive Care. You will provide high-level executive support, coordinate meetings, manage calendars and handle correspondence in a quick-paced clinical workplace.

You will also run end-to-end administration for the unit's education and course programs, working with senior clinicians and educators. The role requires discretion, robust organisation, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
