This is a people-first role where you'll build genuine relationships with successful entrepreneurs, understand their goals, connect them with the right people and opportunities, and ensure they get real value from their CUB membership.

Key responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of 200 members, becoming their trusted point of contact
Build robust, long-term member relationships through regular 1:1 engagement
Drive member engagement, satisfaction and retention across the membership lifecycle
Conduct member inductions, connection meetings and renewal meetings
Identify prospects to create value through introductions, networking, events and personalised engagement
Own the renewal process, including identifying retention risks and managing renewal outcomes
Plan and execute private member lunches and events
Support CUB events and actively network with members to ensure everyone feels welcome and connected
Collaborate with our Community and Engagement teams to deliver an exceptional member experience

About you




2+ years' experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Business Development or a similar client-facing role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills or Sales
Confidence in 1:1 conversations with business owners and senior specialists
A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
Strong networking skills and high emotional intelligence
A genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, networking and personal growth
