As a Account Manager NSW - SMB/Midmarket, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building trusted relationships, driving recurring revenue, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will combine strong account management capability with a proactive sales mindset to deliver consistent revenue growth and a high-quality customer experience.





Key responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition across the SMB and midmarket segment, while managing a small portfolio of existing customers to support retention and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact across your accounts.
Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
Drive recent business growth within the assigned segment, including expansion into existing accounts and acquisition of recent customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales specialists, services, customer success, and operations) to ensure successful delivery of solutions and outcomes.
Maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate forecasts, tracking performance metrics and taking timely action to drive results.
