L3 Network Engineer (Voice / Unified Communications)

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Adelaide to recruit an experienced L3 Network Engineer with Voice / Unified Communications expertise.

This is a hands-on technical role suited to a robust Network Engineer who understands how to configure, optimise and troubleshoot networks for voice and VoIP solutions.

What We’re Looking For
Solid L3 networking experience across routing, switching, VLANs, QoS and firewalls.
Proven experience working within an MSP workplace.




Hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of network infrastructure.
Practical exposure to VoIP, SIP, voice traffic and IP telephony.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot networks supporting voice/UC solutions.

Highly Desirable
RingCentral, Telstra TIPT or other hosted voice platforms.
Teams Calling, Direct Routing or Webex Calling.
Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Cisco Collaboration, BroadSoft/BroadWorks or UCaaS platforms.

We’re open to experienced L3 Network Engineers with genuine voice exposure – you don’t need to be a dedicated UC specialist!
