Vitalis Healthcare at Home is recruiting Registered Nurses to join our Hospital in the Home (HITH) team in Sydney. This role delivers hospital-level care to patients in their own homes, with a mobile car provided and a 7-am to 3-pm coverage window.

We seek experienced RNs with 4+ years post-graduate hospital experience, AHPRA Division 1, and robust autonomously working and team skills. Driving licence is required to support home visits across Greater Sydney.
