Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team. You will deliver hospital-level care to patients in their homes across Greater Sydney, including Western Sydney, Hills, Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Eastern Suburbs.

A Vitalis car is provided during shifts. Role requires 4+ years post-graduate hospital experience, AHPRA registration, and robust critical care skills.
