United League Security is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who understands the security industry, enjoys meeting people and building relationships, and has the confidence and experience to bring current opportunities and clients to the business.

About the Role
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Commission: Attractive commission structure

What You’ll Be Doing
Connecting with potential clients and developing new business
Building and maintaining solid client relationships
Identifying new opportunities within the security industry
Preparing proposals and quotations




Helping bring new security contracts into the business
Working closely with management to support company growth

About You

We’d love to meet someone who:
Has previous BDM or business development experience
Has a good understanding of the security industry
Is confident speaking with clients and businesses
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is professional, reliable and proactive
Has existing industry contacts or a solid business network
Is motivated to achieve results while building genuine long‑term relationships

You don’t need to be a salesperson who pushes people — we’re looking for someone who knows how to build trust, recognise opportunities and create good business relationships.
