Datadog is seeking a Customer Success Manager to proactively drive product adoption across our existing client base in a hybrid Sydney-area role. You will onboard customers, upsell and cross-sell, advocate for the customer, and communicate value of the Datadog platform.

You’ll partner with sales, manage relationships, guide growth prospects, and collaborate with Support, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure renewals and higher adoption.
