voco Gold Coast is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead restaurant, bar, conferencing and events operations on a full time salaried basis. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive service excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

You will work with the F&B; leadership team to motivate and develop staff, manage daily service periods, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
