Embedded Health Solutions (EHS) is seeking an experienced pharmacist to deliver comprehensive RMMRs and HMRs across aged care facilities in Australia. You will conduct QUM services, attend MAC meetings, advise on medication use and storage, and maintain solid relationships with facility staff and GPs.
Qualified candidates will hold an undergraduate pharmacy degree with unconditional AHPRA registration, skilled indemnity, and compliance with WorkCover, ABN and police clearances.
