We're looking for an Operations Specialist to run and support our daily e2e reconciliation and settlement, and dispute processes. This role will also focus on continuous improvements to the processes, simplifying operational workflows, embedding robust controls, and enabling greater automation and operational insight across our operational team and organisation.
At Shaype, we prioritise a versatile working setting while valuing in-person collaboration. Our current working model includes 2 days in our Sydney office, with an expectation of additional office days as and when required.
