IFYS is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker for the Toowoomba region. You will provide a protected, therapeutic setting for young people, support challenging behaviours with calm consistency, and plan activities aligned with Case Plans.

The role includes admin duties, transport to appointments, and daily life-skill coaching. Applicants should hold a QLD Working with Children Blue Card, a current driver’s license, and be available for diverse shifts.
