Job Description
Ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process for multiple sites across Australia, including WA, NSW and QLD.
Three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
Managing supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing and uploading supplier payment runs
Liaising with operational sites across Australia regarding invoice approvals and receipting
Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder queries
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within the AP function

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will bring:




Previous experience in a similar high-volume Accounts Payable position
Comfortable with current systems and system improvements.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders across different sites
Manufacturing, retail, distribution, FMCG, or similar industry experience will be highly regarded
