IFYS is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in our Residential Care Programs in Hervey Bay. You will help manage challenging behaviours, plan activities, and document progress while maintaining a protected, supportive setting.
The role requires a Queensland Blue Card (or application) and a valid driver’s license, with a roster including day/evening/sleepover/weekend shifts; onboarding includes extensive training and a buddy system to ensure quality care.
