The Queensland Government is seeking a dedicated qualified to support youth detention services and cultural capability initiatives. The role focuses on supervising young people in a secure, secure workplace while promoting inclusion in line with the Human Rights Act 2019.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and security across the unit. Reporting and contingency planning are key responsibilities.
