You will bring strong leadership capability and distribution centre experience to drive safe, efficient and compliant operations across the site.
About the Role:
Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer's business strategy
Lead by example and foster a secure, inclusive and high-performing team culture
Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations
Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch (stores and customers)
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, productivity, cost, customer service and safety
About You:
Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment
Solid knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements
Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational activities when required
Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to service excellence
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Effective problem-solving, analytical and multitasking capabilities
