As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Trainer & Assessor to join our Salisbury team.

About the Role

This full time role is perfect for a passionate trainer who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to lifting safety and competency standards across the industry.

You will be responsible for delivering nationally recognised training and assessment in:
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
Gas Test Atmospheres
Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Initial and Refresher
First Aid and CPR
Fire Warden and Emergency Response
Vehicle Loading Crane (CV)

You’ll work within a supportive team of trainers and assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and engaging training experiences for all students.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, safety-focused, and committed to helping learners succeed.





You must have:
Current competency in the units you train and assess, plus relevant industry experience
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with relevant upgrade units)
Current HRWL for Vehicle Loading Crane (CV) if delivering this class
Strong communication skills and a professional learner-centred approach
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage training sessions effectively
A commitment to continuous improvement and career development
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented team culture
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in an RTO environment is highly regarded. Experience delivering HSR training is desirable.
