You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, transformation and capability uplift, while shaping the People Plan and collaborating with COEs and Shared Services.

You will coach leaders, support large-scale change, and foster a diverse, engaged culture with a people-first approach. Hybrid work is available, based in Melbourne.
