Motyl Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead production from CAD and CNC machining through to assembly and dispatch. Reporting to the General Manager and supported by a floor supervisor, you will turn project requirements into achievable plans and consistently deliver on time, within labour budgets and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

Deliver production milestones, ensuring complete, quality joinery is ready for dispatch

Coordinate CAD, Purchasing and Project Managers to keep production priorities aligned

Plan labour and machine capacity to maintain efficient workflow across multiple concurrent projects

Ensure teams follow internal processes, quality control and reporting

Develop practical process improvements that increase output and reduce wasted labour

Track performance against plans and budgets, report to the GM and drive corrective action

Hold the team accountable for productivity, quality and safety

About you

Proven production leadership in commercial joinery or manufacturing





Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing, drawings, materials and assembly

A record of delivering results in a demanding production workplace

The discipline to maintain established processes and the judgement to improve them

Explicit communication and a practical, consistent approach to managing people

Confidence using production planning systems; Nexvia experience is an advantage
