Paradise Kids Children's Centre in South Morang seeks an Assistant Centre Manager & Educational Leader to blend leadership with hands‑on involvement. You will mentor educators, shape meaningful learning experiences, and support daily operations while ensuring high-quality care for children.

The role requires Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR, plus knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Secure Standards.
