Vitality Club is seeking a Physiotherapist to work in the community, visiting clients in their homes across Sydney. This full time role focuses on helping older people move better, stay independent, and reduce falls risk, outside of clinic settings.

You’ll collaborate with Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, and Case Managers to deliver practical, personalised care that aligns with client goals. Current graduates are welcome to apply.
