Peritus Managed Services is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user IT support across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and meeting room technology for the Sydney Corporate Office and remote users across Australia and Recent Zealand.

You will troubleshoot across devices, support remote workers, manage hardware lifecycles, and collaborate with global IT teams on connectivity and AV systems. Solid customer service and explicit communication are essential.
