City of Newcastle is seeking a Field Supervisor within City Greening to lead a team implementing trees, gardens and landscapes across Newcastle. You will plan, coordinate and supervise horticultural and arboricultural works while championing safety and community engagement.

You’ll guide resources, respond to community queries, and help create sustainable, welcoming spaces for residents. This role offers a 38-hour week with adaptable/hybrid arrangements and a 9-day fortnight, contributing to a
