BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking casual carers for our 99-bed Rockingham facility. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care supporting residents’ wellbeing and enabling individual goals and meaningful daily activities.

Experience with dementia care is essential. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meals, and supervision across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. A supportive, faith‑based workplace offers prospects for growth.
