Join our team as a Customer Care Consultant!

Join our growing team in Newcastle, NSW as a Customer Care Consultant . This is an exciting full time, 12-month opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will proactively seek solutions that benefit both our customers and our business. With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilise your problem-solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.

Some of your day-to-day tasks:
Deliver friendly and productive service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems
Promptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframes
Analyse customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunities
Inform customers about new products and services when applicable

What you'll bring to the team:
Experience in a high-volume call center workplace (preferred but not essential)
A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset,



with the ability to think creatively to achieve results
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team
Proficiency in Microsoft and/or cloud-based CRM programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
