Opal HealthCare is seeking a Relief Care Manager to provide clinical leadership across NSW West care communities. You will support the General Manager and clinical teams, delivering excellence in resident care and leading teams toward continuous improvement.

This full time roving role requires RN (AHPRA) registration, flexibility to travel across care communities, and a commitment to upholding aged care standards and high-quality resident outcomes.
