Endeavour Foundation in Lawnton requires a dedicated Disability Support Worker to help people with disabilities participate in adaptable learning programs, recreation, and community-based supports aligned to their NDIS goals.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal planning and outings, encouraging confidence and community participation. Fortnightly rosters may include additional shifts where available.
