Bayside Group is partnering with a Melbourne-based food manufacturing business to recruit a Maintenance Manager for Chelsea Heights and Langwarrin sites. The role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership across two sites, focusing on equipment reliability and preventative maintenance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a small maintenance team, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, quality and HACCP compliance while driving improvements in plant performance.
