About the role

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll support a range of AP and AR activities, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail and maintaining quality financial records.

This is a part-time temporary assignment of 16 hours per week through to January, offering a excellent opportunity for someone currently studying accounting to gain practical, hands-on experience alongside their studies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist with reconciliations, invoice processing and maintaining financial records
Follow up on outstanding invoices and account queries as required.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Provide general support to the Finance Manager as needed

Skills, Experience and Qualities
Studying accounting, finance or a related discipline would be highly regarded,



though this role would also suit an experienced accounts officer
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
Positive communication skills and confidence following up on queries and engage with many stakeholders across the business
