Noosa Golf Club is looking for a Full-Time Head Chef to lead our Team; it is located in beautiful Tewantin.

Our operating hours are lunch, 7 days a week 11.30 am to 2.00 pm, and Dinner, Wednesday to Friday 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm.

About this Role:

We are seeking a trade-qualified chef with proven experience in a club workplace, bistro or similar hospitality venue. The successful applicant will be capable of producing quality meals during busy service periods while leading and maintaining a positive and harmonious kitchen culture. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and execution of all dishes
Supervise, train and mentor kitchen staff,



fostering a team-oriented and professional working environment
Develop and refine menus in consultation with management
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times
Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs and minimise waste whilst maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Manage supplier relationships and source premium quality ingredients
Maintain kitchen equipment in excellent working condition and coordinate necessary maintenance
Create and implement standard operating procedures and recipes to ensure consistency across all menu items
