About the role

This diverse, hands-on role combines finance, compliance and operational support. You'll be a trusted part of a small, close-knit team where your work makes a real difference every day.

Key responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Payroll processing
Maintaining compliance registers, including accidents, incidents and lost property
General administration support for our operations team
Answering phones and handling enquiries
General charter and tour booking support

About you
Experience in transport operations, logistics, or another high-compliance environment
Superior attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach
Experience in accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
Confident with accounting software and Microsoft 365
Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities




Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential payroll and financial information
A team player with a positive, helpful approach

Deanes Coaches is a family-owned and operated bus and coach company. We run charter, tours, private school services, FlixBus, Snowy 2.0 and TrainLink services across our NSW and ACT depots.
