Lead, mentor and develop a team of service technicians.
Oversee daily service operations, scheduling and job coordination.

Build robust relationships with customers, technicians and subcontractors.

Experiences & Requirements
Proven experience leading a technical service or field service team.
Background in commercial or domestic appliances/equipment , such as ovens, dishwashers or similar equipment.
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
