Preferred Requirements




Proven experience working as a Nurse Manager in a clinical setting
Demonstrated triage experience and competency in patient assessment
Background in Remote Area Nursing (RAN) with understanding of rural and remote healthcare delivery
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or ability to obtain it quickly
Robust leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively in a generalist environment

Preferred Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Formal qualification or recognised training in remote area nursing practice
Post-graduate qualification in nursing management or clinical leadership
