The Opportunity
We are partnering with an established Australian-owned business specialising in premium paints, finishes and protective coatings to find a motivated Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sales and wants to develop their product knowledge in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Helping customers find the right products for their needs
Providing friendly service and practical product recommendations
Building positive relationships with customers
Supporting sales and identifying opportunities to assist customers
Replenishing stock and helping with deliveries
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
Working closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Learning about paint products,
finishes and coatings to build your product knowledge
What We're Looking For
A friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
Robust communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
An interest in sales and willingness to learn
A reliable, proactive and hands-on approach
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hardware or a trade-related industry will be highly regarded. Paint or coatings experience is a bonus, but it's not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
