Aphex in Australia is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the end-to-end growth engine across paid, organic, digital and in-person channels. This player-coach role reports to the CRO and balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

You'll manage a $1M-$2M+ annual budget, build a regional marketing capability for Europe and North America, and lead a small team spanning demand gen, brand and field programs.
