Investment Analyst | Capital Transactions & Funds Management
The opportunity
Reporting to the Fund Manager and working closely with the Head of Acquisitions, you will underwrite new investment opportunities and support end-to-end funds management across institutional and private capital. The role suits an ambitious analyst looking to build a long-term career in capital transactions and funds management. The level (Analyst or Senior Analyst) will depend on experience.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (development, DCF, IRR, sensitivities), including Forbury and in-house fund models
Work across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination and execution to portfolio monitoring, across multiple real estate sectors
Prepare Investment Committee papers,



analysis and recommendations
Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on assets, sponsors and counterparties
Assess feasibility, risk and risk-adjusted investor returns on development and income-producing assets
Support fund administration, investor reporting and debt raising with bank and non-bank lenders
About you
Strong financial modelling skills, with Forbury experience highly regarded
Hungry, ambitious and a self-starter
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting
Keen to build a career across capital transactions and funds management
