Work with the Founder & CEO to set the commercial rhythm, lead the leadership team, drive growth priorities, and scale systems to support D2C and retail expansion into the US and UK.
You'll build a high-performing culture, own the P&L;, oversee budgeting, inventory, and partnerships, and ensure the brand remains authentic as the business
