Gradual increase of Caseload
from when you start
Weekly 1:1 Supervision
with a Senior Occupational Therapist with 8+ years experience
Mentoring from an experienced team of OT's
- 2 Senior OT's, and 3 early career OT's (1-3 years experience)
Access $**** CPD Allowance
& fortnightly team trainings internally
Each
OT specialises in a different interest area
, so they can provide tailored support that suits your caseload
Admin team
who take care of scheduling & invoicing, so you just focus on providing quality therapy
Caseload can be tailored
to your areas of interest
Your Caseload:
90% NDIS, 10% Private clients & increasing DVA/ Return to work starting in the current year
Mixed Ages Caseload (65% Adults, 25% Paediatrics & 10% Aged Care)
Hybrid Role - get support in the clinic,



then consolidate your learned skills in community settings
Diagnoses you will support (not exclusive): (Adults) Acquired Brain Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Cerebral palsy, and spinal cord injuries conditions. (Paediatrics) ASD, ADHD, developmental delays,Sensory Processing Disorder

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
