South East Queensland Surgery and Sunnybank Obesity Centre is looking to recruit a Medical Receptionisttrainee to join our company. Initially, you will be working under close direction of a Practice Manager and Nurse Practitioner using established practices, procedures, and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical job experience in Medical reception work, whilst receiving extensive training.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Reception duties and various administration tasks




Meeting and greeting patients on their arrival to the Surgical Clinic providing first class customer service
Printing and scanning documents
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
Other appropriate duties from time to time as directed by the practice manager or nurse practitioner
The successful candidate will:
Have a friendly personality
Good sense of dressing
Be reliable and punctual
Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
Show a high attention to detail and solid have organisational skills
