THE ROLE - KEEP MOVING, KEEP PICKING!
We're looking for operators who know their way around a busy warehouse and aren't afraid of a fast-paced shift!
Your responsibilities may include:
Operating Tuggers and Electric Pallet Movers safely and efficiently
High-volume order picking with targets of 150+ picks per hour
RF scanning and order processing




Voice picking (experience highly regarded!)
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Manual handling and order picking of alcoholic beverages
Repetitive manual handling of products weighing up to 20kg
Pallet wrapping, stock movement and staging completed orders
Meeting daily productivity, accuracy and safety KPIs
Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe
To be considered, you MUST have:
Previous experience in a busy warehouse or distribution centre
Solid RF scanning and order-picking skills
Ability to consistently meet high-volume picking targets
Confidence performing repetitive manual handling up to 20kg
Excellent attention to detail, speed and accuracy
A reliable attitude, strong work ethic and excellent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transport (highly advantageous for early starts)
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This position is based within an alcohol distribution facility and involves the regular picking, packing and manual handling of alcoholic beverages.
All applicants must be comfortable handling alcohol and alcohol-related products as part of their daily duties.
Applicants must hold a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one as part of the recruitment process.
Please note: These positions require a minimum of 6 months' recent Tugger operating experience. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
