We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our Hazelmere team, acting as the key link between our customers and workshop operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term customer relationships while supporting industry-leading products and service solutions.About the RoleAs a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating workshop bookings and repairs, and identifying opportunities to maximise service and parts sales.
You'll work closely with customers and workshop staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout the repair and maintenance process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer enquiries via phone, email and front counterConfirm workshop bookings and maintain regular communication with customers regarding job progressPrepare and follow up quotations in a timely mannerProcess job openings, closures and invoice administrationRaise purchase orders and process customer paymentsMonitor workshop schedules and maintain work-in-progress targetsBuild strong customer relationships to encourage repeat businessProactively identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for service, parts, oils and associated productsCoordinate effective resolutions to customer concerns and service issues About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a Service Advisor,



Service Administration or similar customer-focused roleStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy vehicle operationsKnowledge of Detroit Diesel, Western Star or MAN products will be highly regardedExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesSound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesTrade qualifications or Service Advising/Parts Interpreting qualifications (desirable).
