ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Deputy Company Secretary and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in developing and embedding risk and compliance frameworks across the organisation. This is an ideal prospect for an experienced Risk & Compliance Analyst seeking greater ownership,



or a Risk Advisory Consultant looking to make their first move into industry.
Develop, implement and continuously improve risk management frameworks, policies and procedures
Consolidate existing risk registers and processes across business units
Support regulatory compliance, corporate governance and assurance activities
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate business risks
Drive process improvements and support the implementation of new governance, risk and compliance systems
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
3-5+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Governance or Risk Advisory
Background in a regulated industry such as financial services, energy, infrastructure, transport or property
Experience developing, implementing or improving risk and compliance frameworks
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence senior leadership
Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously in a growing business
