You will translate HR, payroll and compliance needs into transparent requirements and guide the design through go-live in a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne setup.You bring 8+ years as a BA, strong Workday HCM and Payroll for Australia experience, and the confidence to challenge an integrator while ensuring traceability from requirements to testing and cutover.
