You'll manage inbound enquiries, support sales activities, maintain accurate customer records,



and provide administrative support to the wider team.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage inbound customer phone callsQualify enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team memberRespond to website, email and customer enquiriesConduct post-sale and outbound postProcess sales ordersAssist with spare parts sales and enquiriesMaintain accurate CRM and customer database recordsProvide general administrative support to the Customer Service teamAbout you:Previous customer service, administration or sales support experienceExperience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)Commercially minded and able to identify customer needs and opportunitiesNaturally customer-focused and confident communicating by phone and emailOrganised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesAccurate, detail-oriented and process-drivenA positive team player who is accountable and eager to learnWhat We Offer:A competitive remuneration package with opportunity for progression!
